If a customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of the product upon delivery, they are encouraged to reach out to Customer Care at aadriksofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Please include a detailed description and photo(s) showing the issue for assistance with a replacement. Note that if we do not receive a complaint within this 24-hour window, eligibility for a replacement will no longer apply.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, any claims submitted without proper documentation will not qualify for replacement. Aadriks reserves the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.
We kindly request you to review our cancellation and returns policy thoroughly for a smooth experience.
Once an order is placed, it is promptly added to our production line and cannot be canceled thereafter.
We regret that we are unable to adjust any customisation details—such as Name, Photo, or Message— that have been provided or uploaded by the customer. For any shipping address modifications, please notify us immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate the request; however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery that may result from such changes.
Aadriks holds no liability for typographical errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer. If there is a genuine error where the customisation instructions were not properly executed on our end, we will gladly remake and re-ship the item at no additional cost.
As our products are edible hence there can be small differences/variations, for example the placement of nuts in the Chocolates may not be exactly in the same place as shown in the image. Should there be any substantial damage to the product, we will replace and re-ship it at no extra charge.
We rely on the shipping address you provide for timely delivery. Please ensure it includes a complete street address including proper pin code, the recipient’s name, phone number and apartment or unit numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:
- An incorrect or outdated Address/Phone number.
- The recipient being unavailable or out of town.
We are also not accountable for delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipment carrier delays.
